BellTech Solutions implementation methodology consists of the following phases:
Step 1:
The first step is the detailed discovery phase during which we schedule discussions with you in order to question, redefine and streamline business processes.
Step 2:
Once the business processes are understood and defined, our consultants build a model of the proposed solution to be implemented. This is presented to you for approval.
Step 3:
On your acceptance, a project plan is put in place to implement the solution. The plan includes everything from data conversions and data entry to verifying the network and hardware requirements.
Step 4:
Training is a key aspect in the implementation plan. Users who have been properly trained are able to utilise the full power and functionality of BellTech Solutions software and make a rapid transition to the new system.
